Why isn't there a Visible Scrollbar Inside the App?

Because AccelerList is a web application and built with responsive code that adjusts slightly to many different browser window sizes it is near impossible to properly account for where a scroll bar should be placed inside the app.

In all scenarios, AccelerList is meant to be used with the center wheel of your mouse for all scrolling needs or activities.
