MCF Order Process Flow

Below is a flow chart and breakdown of the process for each Multi-Channel Fulfillment order received from eBay and then fulfilled by Amazon.

It is important that you do not panic if either marketplace is not updated as quickly as you expected. From the order time to the fulfillment and update of shipment tracking # could take up to 24hrs.

Amazon usually updates AccelerList with a shipment tracking # within 12hrs but sometimes it could take up to 24hrs. Once we have the tracking # from Amazon it's immediately updated on your eBay account.  You can and should set all eBay sales to reflect an immediate shipment of the product and this can be done in the settings in AccelerList.
