Share Debug Logs

On the rare occasion that we need to troubleshoot AccelerPrint, kindly share the Debug logs from your Mac OS device by following these steps:


1. Right-click on AccelerPrint

2. Click on Advanced

3. Click on Diagnostics

4. Click on View Logs (Live feed)


This shall open up the technical logs. 

Copy and paste the entire log in the chat with our Customer Support team. :)
