How to submit a bug

You are experiencing what you believe to be a bug in the software then we want to hear from you.  The best way to do this is not on our Facebook group page or within an email.  The best place to submit a bug is through our chat widget in the lower right hand corner of the application.

When you submit bugs to us this way, we are able to pull in a lot of the technical data we need to get started on solving for the problem.  An email or Facebook post leaves us just as much in the dark as you are.
