The 'Andon Cord Manager' error code is caused by a restriction on your Amazon seller account.
Recently a seller ran into this error and it turned out that a shipment was overweight and they needed to go in and acknowledge that so Amazon would let them list again.
Contact Seller Central Support to confirm whether your recent shipment was over the weight limit.
