If AccelerPrint is giving you some trouble then we may need to request the logs from the application. This is often the fastest way to help you in this case.
- Right click on the AccelerPrint icon in your computer tray
- Hover over Advanced
- Hover over Diagnostics
- Hover over View Logs (live feed)
This will open up a new window with some technical logs. Please copy and paste that into the chat widget conversation pertaining to the AccelerPrint bug.
