Sharing debug logs (MacOS)

If AccelerPrint is giving you some trouble then we may need to request the logs from the application.  This is often the fastest way to help you in this case.

  1. Right click on the AccelerPrint icon in your computer tray
  2. Hover over Advanced
  3. Hover over Diagnostics
  4. Hover over View Logs (live feed)

This will open up a new window with some technical logs.  Please copy and paste that into the chat widget conversation pertaining to the AccelerPrint bug.
