Because Amazon may delay shipping out your FBA product to the eBay customer we automatically mark your eBay sale/order as shipped in your eBay account so that your eBay account performance score is not penalized.

We only do this for your Amazon FBA items.  MF items and their shipping times are controlled by you, the seller.  Please be mindful of incoming MF sales so you can process them to you eBay customer as soon as possible.  Don't forget to mark them shipped.
