If you are having issues when signing up for an account, you can clear your browser cache before creating an account again. To clear your browser cache:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the 3 dots.

- Click More tools.
- Then click Clear Browsing Data
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next tick the box for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files,"
